This policy explains what personal data Build With Shaheer collects through this website and what we do with it. It is short on purpose.
Who we are
Build With Shaheer is a sole proprietorship run by Shaheer Khan, based in Lahore, Pakistan. For anything about your data, email shaheer@buildwithshaheer.com.
What we collect
- Booking details. When you book a call through Cal.com, we receive your name, email address, time zone, the time you chose, and any notes you add.
- Emails. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you attach.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps basic logs when the site is visited, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We don't use these logs for marketing.
There is no contact form or account area on this site.
What we don't do
- We don't run analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for marketing.
- Our own site sets no cookies.
Cookies
Our own site does not set cookies. The booking calendar is different: it is provided by Cal.com, which uses cookies and similar browser storage to run it. The calendar only loads when you click "Load booking calendar" in the Contact section. Cal.com may also set cookies and use similar browser storage if you visit its website directly, for example through one of our "Book a 15-min Demo" buttons, which open the Cal.com booking page. We don't control those cookies or that storage. Cal.com's privacy policy explains them.
Who else handles your data

- Google Meet hosts some of the calls people book. It receives the details needed to hold the call. Google Privacy Policy

Why we use your data
We use it to reply to your inquiries and to hold the calls you book. In UK and EU terms, we do this because you asked us to, by booking or emailing us, or because it is in our legitimate interest to run our business and answer the people who contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it for those purposes or for our business relationship with you.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing shaheer@buildwithshaheer.com. That includes any rights you have under UK and EU GDPR and US state privacy laws. We'll reply as soon as we can. Your booking is also stored by Cal.com, so to have it removed there you may need to contact Cal.com too. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We are based in Pakistan, and our providers operate in other countries, which may include the United States. Your data may therefore be processed in countries other than your own.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover data we handle for clients under client contracts, which is governed by those contracts.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
